Hello, My name is Brian and I just found this site! Lots of great info and also many talented and experienced smokers here! I enjoy smoking all kinds of meat and do all of it on a Weber kettle grill. I am an all season smoker, as in all weather conditions. We get some frigid temps here in the U.P. and lots of snow. Planning to build my own smoker some day, although just saw a Oklahoma  Joes  in a store that looks good. Thx for the site and hope to expand my limited smoking talents with the knowledge of the members here!

weather here in CNY too.

If I wait for perfect smoking weather I'm only going to 

smoke three weekends a year.

My motto is if I can drink beer, I can smoke.
