Residing in Southwest, VA, I currently own a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker to get a feel for the wood and smoke until I get a wife approved upgrade ;). You can get a Weber Kettle and do all sorts of indirect smoking.I have a 18.5" and recommend the 22.5" with

Rotisserie setup.
