Hi guys I'm from York, Pa and I have fallen in love with bbq! I use a cheap Walmart offset smoker but it gets the job done for now! I have been poking around this site for a little bit and everyone has very useful information so I thought I would join. Trying to start up a roadside stand this summer since there aren't a lot of bbq joints around here :)
