Hi all..my name is brandon..i live in kansas..im working with a chargriller pro deluxe 2121 with the 2424 sfb..as far as grilling and smoking im relatively new to both..i share the same primal passions as most men do, of cooking over an open fire..my main sources of info are my uncles..they directed me to this site and this is definitely the place to be for info....im looking forward to any help you all are willing to share.. thanks

I am not sure if my uncles are members on this site.  My chocolate lab pup, Memphis, is my grilling buddy.  Then again, being a lab, hes everyones friend. :)
