Seminole Al
:grilling_smilie: I live in Seminole, Al which is just a short jog from Pensacola, Fl. I escaped from there to get away from the rat race. I've been smoking & grilling meat for 10 years but still can't say I know what I'm doing!!! I started out on a Weber grill & started smoking on a Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain then this year I moved to a Master Built 40 electric smoker. I believe the true key to a great smoke is fresh meat so I use a near by butcher shop that can provide the quality meat needed for that.
