Hey guys, My name is Jake and I am brand new to smoking. I just bought a Electric Smoker by Masterbuilt and I am really looking to get better every time at the art of smoking and BBQ. I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri so I have always loved and appreciate great BBQ from all regions. Any advice is appreciated I've been reading some good stuff already. Please pass along any info that could help me improve with my electric smoker. Gonna do a 3 lb Brisket tomorrow morning, did baby back ribs last weekend. Cheers folks!
