Hello All,
My name is Chris and I just recently joined SMF. I was smoking with a Weber kettle grill and it being my birthday my wife let me pick out my own birthday present this year so over the weekend I purchased a Brinkmann TMLE. So far I love the product and look forward to sharing many ideas/mods and results in the near future.
I live in Mesa, AZ and have been at this since 2008. I tore my ACL back in 08 playing basketball and during my week on the couch recovering I happened to be watching The Food Network and it just so happened it was their grilling week special...after cleaning up the drool from all the mouth-watering food I saw on the tube, I committed myself to a new hobby and have been at it since. I still consider myself a novice and continue to work at it. So far Brisket is my specialty and I can make a pretty mean BBQ sauce too. I look forward to many conversations with everyone and sharing ideas.
