I am a quite experienced cook have been cooking for over 15 years now i have competed in many contest and won a few i cook for the holidays and for benefit events as well I am a member of the local American legion and do all of the cooking for their events I have a few types of smokers and different sizes I have a stick burner out of a 750 gal propane tank on a trailer with utensil box canopy and wood box it is a horizontal offset with a built in water tub in the smoking chamber I have a smaller offset that I use at my home uses less wood and is quicker and easier for the small cooks it is a 250 gallon tank I have a masterbuilt 40 in electric smoker and a small vertical offset I built out of an old firebox I had and a all steel old GE fridge
