Hi, I'm new to the forum. My name is Blair, I'm from Portage la Prairie Manitoba, Canada.

I cook with a Smoke Daddy pellet pro, weber kettle, propane grill and have been known to use a drum a time or two.

Looking for new and exciting ideas for my outdoor passion. Also to share some of mine!

Welcome fellow Canadian. It sounds like you have been smoking way longer than me. I just started last fall and had limited success until I found this forum. There is so many good ideas and so much information in the posts. The experienced members are very generous with their knowledge.
