So I am new here! I love smoking all sorts of things, meat that is! So I have been grilling and BBQing for the last 15 years, but just recently got a whim to smoke food. So doing a few internet searches I was going to build my own. Went to the Home Depot to procure the items I felt I needed when I happened to walk down the Grill isle and found the Charbroil H20 smoker for 40 bucks, which was cheeper then everything I had in my basket. So I decided on that one and so far it has been just fine. When it is cold I do have to make a heat barrier around it but it has worked.

I am looking forward to finding more tricks and tips. TIA!

Roggen, out!

Thought I would throw up some random smoke pics that I have done over the last few months. Here goes.

Have to say they all turned out great. Now if the weather will warm up enough I will get a brick smoker built in the backyard and try this for real!
