    hello meat eaters, just joined and have a few ?'s. got an electric box smokerwith temp control this past x-mas, seemto do okay with ribs and things, looking for pointers on next project, i have the upper portion of the back leg of venison and would like to try smoking it in this smoker and any help would greatly be appreciated thanks

    Don't have any advice on venison but there are many folks here who will be able to give advice.
    I can say that you should consider tossing on a fattie whenever you smoke the leg.
    Hope all works out well with the smoke, and don't forget the Qview.
