Hey every one 2 Sundays ago we had a tornado roll through our small city knocking a huge maple tree down and it happened to land on my smoker. Needless to say the smoker is gone and I have to build a new one... I'm thinking about doing an old fuel tank the circular one and making it into a rotisserie with racks that can be removed if I want to do a hog.... any one have any tips on building a rotisserie???

Yeah, build it in an underground bunker.Man that blows! (pun intended) Well on the bright side you have plenty of maple to smoke with once it's seasoned. There are some wicked rotisserie builds on here, hit the search (top right) for a plethora of ideas.
