Amish style.

Water and non iodized salt to soak the casings.

Stir the solution until salt is dissolved.

Fill the casings with the liquid, let soak for 1-2 hours. Time to get my things together.

Got the rings done stuffed. Thought i had more rounds but guess not so i made a couple cloth chubs.

G round up 30 lbs of venison to so the rings and chubs are getting covered and done tomorrow.
