Hello All!

I am an novice to intermediate smoker. Have spent numerous hours with friends smoking various items for some time but now I have purchased my own smoker. A Masterbuilt offset charcoal smoker from Sears. It works well so far but I definiteley see a couple mods needed to get it just right.
