So much to learn!!  Just picked up a Smokin-it #3 for my wife for her birthday, drove down to pick it up in person actually, that was pretty cool!  

So much to learn but I think this summer will see a pretty constant stream of TBS.  I love browsing all the recipes and techniques here, what a great resource!

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
