here is a final pick of one of the three racks, they went as fast as i could put them out, party of about fifty people, i cooked so much as fast as i put anything out it was gone had at least 10 people ask me to cater thier next party and many questions if i was a professional. what a fun night!!!!!!!!!!

ribs were a big hit, bribbed one of neighbors with a few and he let us park some cars in his yard in return
 
delta, just made a little of this and a little of that

10lbs of ribs
3 seafood fatties
1 5lb chuckie
15lbs of chicken wings
10 lb bag of friendly fries
2lbs of catfish chunks, deep fried

could've used double that easy
fun night ended around 3:30, way past my bedtime!
