Quick question ? My ribs have been on for about 2 1/2 hrs now it's time to wrap in foil . My question is do I wrap each slab by it self or can I double up the slabs ? I am following or trying to following the 3 2 1 method ..

Hello.  You can wrap together.  The purpose of the wrap is to steam the ribs for that "fall off the bone" touch.  Add liquid of your choice and keep on keepin on.  Don't forget the Qview.  Keep Smokin!
