Ribs

  1. Hi, I'm new to the forum and am interested in recipes for smoking on an electric smoker. I just received my smoker for christmas and fixing to pull my first set of ribs off. They smell great and I can't wait to dig in. I am planning on doing a beef rump roast on my smoker in a couple days and any info on rubs and cooking temps would be greatly appreciated. Look forward to seeing ya'lls replies.

  2. Ok, guess I should have put a little more info in my post. I'm from Ragley, Louisiana. I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I am an avid hunter and fisher. I'm brand new to using a smoker so any help would be appreciated.
