Tried to do a smoke with no pictures but I broke down and took a few anyway.

Chili, wasn't very good, looks like I'm going to be eating chili for lunch at work the next few months.

Ran these ribs pretty hot... about 275° most of the cook

2.5  - 2 - 45

Modified the 3-2-1 but lost track of time during the foiled stage, wanted to unfoil at 90 minutes, oh well.

Ribs were no different than the last several smokes I've done.
 
Great looking kids and mighty lucky to have a great meal prepared by you. 
 
Real nice group o youngin's...I was curious about the sloppy BBQ and the fancy cloths myself...JJ

Now the ribs look awesome but I hope you have a bunch of bags to put them girls in to eat them thou. The ribs are just alittle messy in my book.
