Ribs today

    Let these soak up rub for Memorial Day didn't get fixed so I froze them and thawed out this week see how they do. I know it's not tradition to cut the slabs but much easier to bag and handle.

    Great momma loved the baby backs and she's not really a rib persons. Spares not so great too fat must hAve been 2 inches thick on big end. No wrap 5 hrs.
