Ribs Take 2 with My New Brinkmann Vertical Smoker

    Did the 3-2-1 method with some dry rubbed spare ribs.  I ended up putting a little too much rub on them, but they are "Mamma Approved" so I call it a win.  I think I will blast them with a higher temp in the last hour so they get that charred look.

    Always hungry for ribs!!!  For some reason the neighbors always find a reason to come over......
