We are having a get together in june. I will be cooking the spare ribs. To keep them moist and fresh should I wrap them in a towel and put in a cooler like I do brisket? Thanks

Yes you can. The ribs will benefit from resting for a while and it will stop the cut edges looking "dry" on the serving plate after they have been cut for a while. If you have hoards waiting to eat them and they will be devoured in seconds then you may not want to bother though.
