Hi All, I need practice on my ribs. I found a good source for ribs and a good price. Here is some Q-view of ribs I am making for tomorrow to have during the race. 1. pic, They are rubbed and zipped up in a food bag savor. They will go on tomorrow around 9:00 am. 2. pic, I have the trimmings rubbed up and ready to smoke tomorrow too to put in chili at a later date. I'll post some more Q-view tomorrow, after they are done.
