Finally got back around to trying my hand at ribs again. Picked up a cryo-pack at Kroger yesterday, rubbed em with some Famous Dave's Rib Rub I had in the cupboard, and tossed em in at 1pm today. Followed the 3-2-1 method which was more like the 3-2-.5 method since they were pretty much done after unfoiling. Sauced them with some Sweet Baby Rays with 20 minutes to go, served up with a nice baked potato rubbed in olive oil, crusted with kosher salt and coarse black pepper. I won this time, the ribs did not suck, nor did they fall apart. They stuck to the bone but came away easily with a small tear. Even the wife was ready for seconds!
