Ribs on 2/21/16 in NWPA

  1. Hello All, for us to be able to smoke ribs in 60F on 2/21/16 in Northwestern Pennsylvania is a blessing.

    Gave samples out at our local VFD and they loved them.

    Ribs look tasty! Anymore info wood type,seasoning?
  3. I used Green mountains perfect blend pellets with my dry rub that I found on here. The sauce was Sweet Baby Rays with a little Tiger Sauce, apple cider vinegar and a bit of honey. Great taste with a hint of heat.
