Going through the W-M Friday.... All these ribs marked down to $1.75..... What to do ???   Smoke 'em....   Rubbed with a mix of what ever I grabbed from the cabinet and what ever Bride said I needed to add.... No measurements.....  That was too bad.... It was a really tasty rub..... Into the refer overnight....

Pitmaster's Choice pellets with a pinch of mesquite thrown in....  Bride says, "Pitmaster's Choice" is the only smoke she likes the taste and smell of.... Sooooo, It is now the "go-to" smoking wood.... Can't argue with the Bride...

 ....

I need a bigger smoker.... had to cut the ribs down and get creative with the arrangement in the smoker...

Ribs were in the smoker for 7 hours... max temp 209 deg for the last 4 hours.... No foil, no spritz,

naked..... Bride said "They are the best I have ever had and you ever made etc.."..... Can't argue with that.....

Corn from the garden.... Pink salt added as a finishing touch on everything.....

Perfect dinner....

fpnmf traded some Himalayan Pink Salt and "Imported" cigars for some garlic I sent him....

Considering Bride said these were the best ribs ever, must have been the pink salt.....

I think the argument of "foiling, no foiling, spritz, no spritz, BBQ sauce etc" has been settled....

Now I am up against the wall on "Make them the same as you did last time !!!!!"

Thanks for looking...   Dave

Dave the ribs look Awesome...Tender and Juicy!!! Those Pitmaster's Choice pellets sure are a excellent tasting wood combination. That corn sure looks tasty... around here the drought made the kernels very small on the cobs. Good luck keeping mama happy...I've been working on that for 25 years with limited success....lol  Thanks for sharing the Q-View!!!
