Scheduling issues left me today to smoke so I am, rain or no rain. Other than annoying me, it's not going to affect the Bandera at all. Two racks of spares, trimmed, rubbed with evoo. One rubbed with SBC, the other has Penzey's BBQ 3000 on it. Will be using mostly peach with a bit of hickory now and then.

Looking good teabear, I could go for some ribs right about now. You rubbed them with SBC? What's that? Don't forget about those post smoke pics
