As I posted in Roll Call, I've learned a lot from lurking here the past couple weeks and I ended up making an AWESOME first rack of ribs today. GOSM. Spare Ribs with KC style rib rub and my own BBQ Sauce concoction. Used 3:2:1 after reading about it extensively on here. My wife generally dislikes ribs, but loved these. A little over 2 hours in: Taking out of foil: About to remove the final product, I sauced only half of it because that's the way my wife likes her ribs, and I wanted to try without sauce: Pretty good smoke ring (a little blurry): Thanks for checking these out!
