Ribs for tomorrow

  1. I rubbed my ribs with a dry rub only on Sunday and wrapped in saran wrap. Back into the refrigerator and start smoking them tomorrow going to use the 3-2-1 method for the first time. Qview to follow. Have a great 4th everyone :)

    Sound good. I got some ribs going in the smoker on the 4th. guess I need to take them out of the freezer soon [​IMG]

  5. Everything turned out great. I am amazed at how tender the ribs turned out. I did underestimate my cooking capacity and had to borrow my neighbors gas smoker so I could get it all done. Overall everything turned out perfect!

    Those look excellent!  You might be able to use a rib rack to get more capacity.  Yours look great though.[​IMG]

  8. I am going to look into the rib rack to see what that can do for me. I had thought about it but was not able to pursue it.
