This is my second time doing them, but first time I took pictures. So without further adieu, here we go.

They went in at 12:00PM local time. They are 4 baby ribs. That is all my little smoker can handle.

And if one is good two is better.

Now to make the meal complete. Some corn muffins and Sun tea.

There you have it. Updates as they come in.

Thanks. The last time I made them they turned out awesome. Hope this one is just at good.

I like no foil ribs...  Looks like there are enough ribs to share with a friend....  Need my address ???  I like corn bread too !!!!!

I am in line behind Dave, that looks yummy, send some my way.  I also like ribs not foiled, they seem a bit soft for me.  Thanks for sharing.  Keep on keeping on.  Steve

Its funny you mention that there is a lot there. I did 4 ribs, just like last time. Only last time I ate a whole rack and boy was I miserable. This time I held back a little. The three of us (my mom, my oldest, and me) only ate 2 1/2 ribs this time. No one was miserable this time, and there was a lot left over for lunch this week. Boy that should make the people at work drool. Thanks for the compliments Still trying to learn this. Love the food that comes from the smoker.

I think that we are getting some more and throw in the freezer for a later time.
