Hello All, it has been a while since I have visited or posted anything. We are in for some very nice weather this weekend in the Philly burbs and I was looking to do some spare ribs on my char broil silver smoker on Sunday for the Eagles game. I was looking to anyone who wanted to share some cool rub and sauce recipes with me. I have a nine spice rub I usually use that I love and a sauce that is pretty good in comparison to some I have had, but I always like to get different opinions from the experts here on the forum. So as always, any and all help is welcome !!!!

Have you tried Jeff's I hear it good and so is the sauce. Other then that I use store bought rub by old bay they makes a rub now or a new one called country boy or the old faithful butt rub. The sauce really we hardly use it now days we have good flavor straight out of the smoker. If we do I make it out of the frig and it's never the same.

My rib rub consists of.

Brown sugar
Paprika
Cumin
Dry Mustard
Red pepper
Black Pepper
Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder

I don't measure, so use it the way you see fit.
