Good day to fire up the old ECB, can't tend a fire watching Nascar and football ( GO LIONS)

Cut down a rack of spare's to St. Louis style and rubbed down a nice Chuckie for pulled beef and have some homemade italian sausage's.

Used the sand pan mod and the smoker should run about 235 degree's all day!
Apple chunk's for smoke and apple cider spritz w/ bacardi rum (for me!)

Good ol ECB's, I am so glad my son-in-law does not have time to smoke stuff. I offered it to him when I bought my GOSM. Dang thing is 28+ years old now and I will use it til it dies.

Right on! Nothin' like the daddy/daughter thing! And I'm just gettin' started with it. Mine is only 3.5 months but she had me already wrapped around her tiny little finger in the first ultrasound pics.
