Ribs and burnt ends

I never thought to do that.

I usually just snack on them while the ribs cook, cause they only take a couple of hours to get done.

I've done it quite a few times and it's an excellent use of the rib tip meat. Of course now I'm stuck on the sliced pork bellies at Costco. They make great burnt ends!
