Trial number 2!! Three racks of ribs and a few chicken breast. This will be smoke number two on my RF. I moved the grate up in the fire box which is oversized and welded/sealed some leaks into CC. First rack dri rub 1 second rack dri rub 2 third rack plain. Chicken... Plain. Using Hickory wood for the smoke. 2-2-1 ??? I think. Temps are hanging at 225 230. Sound off.... I'm open for suggestions.
