Don't know how I missed this til now...looking good John!!  

  The beauty of a good steak is, they are so simple, but sooo delicious!  That's a mighty good price on those steaks...can't remember when we found any for that price.

Thanks to my beloved wife, I went back to the store and bought a package of 3 steaks at the lower price. They'll be grilled up tomorrow for Memorial Day.  My favorite bro-in-law will be our diner guest, which is why I bought that pack. I'll be grilling up some vegies (including asparagus and tomatoes, another to be decided) and the wife will make potato salad from scratch. I'll post Gview (as opposed to Qview) photos of the finished products if not photos of the process.

Nice looking ribeyes done just right! That price didn't hurt none either.
I get mine at Sam's Club 3 in a package, but never at the price you got your at. I do keep a cupple in my freezer all seasoned up, vacuum sealed and ready for the grill. The wife and I just had one Saturday.

There's a Trade-off:

We get good prices here for Prime Rib, Pork Loin, Ribeyes, and a couple others.

But then we get super high prices on BabyBacks, Brisket, Pork Butts, and a bunch of others.

Butts are $1.48 baby backs are 2.98 spairs are 1.98 brisket is 2.49 (full packer) flats are 3.49. Pork loins are 1.88 and some times CSR's are .99 chicken quarters are .49, then ther is my sister who owns a general store/ restaurant who gets Texas pork back ribs for 1.67 a pound but They come in 37 pound packages. Happy problem! The real problem is that she lives 300 miles away, but we visit a lot.
