Ribeye Steaks & Fried Zucchini

Got a good deal on Family Packs of Delmonico Steaks (Ribeyes) last week, so we got the 2 Pack Limit @ $5.98.
Picked the best marbled ones, and boy were these first 2 ever juicy & tender.

As usual, all I did was marinate in Ken’s Honey-Teriyaki Marinade for about 3 or 4 hours before hitting the Weber.

Had unbelievable flavor, and the Breaded & Pan-Fried Zuke slices were great too!!!

Thanks for looking, Gang!!

I like my steak Med please. Thumbs Up

Hey bear you ever smoke any ribeyes and then use the reverse sear method on them? I bought a whole ribeye a few weeks back and had them cut into 1 1/4 steaks. I bought them bone in for $4.99#. Grilled a few so far but was interested in trying to smoke and reverse sear a few.

Thanks

I've done it a few times, and it is awesome----Smoked to about 110*--115* IT, then finished on the grill hot & fast.

I don't do it any more because Mrs Bear doesn't want hers smoked, and it's a Royal PITA trying to get them both to Med--Rare together, if one is in the Smoker first, and the other one isn't !!!

MY T FINE Bear. For that price I would go threw the line a few times. On sale here they are 7.99 now days.

I would have even tried to get them to cut me a 6" roast.

Happy smoken.

David
Thanks David!!!

I got 2 Prime Rib Roasts left from last Christmas week sale. I plan on smoking them before this coming Christmas week sale.

I don't know which looks better............the steaks or the price. Love me a good rib steak and your looks tops. I've had to cut back on my rib steaks though because they are anywhere from $9.95# to $12.95# here in this greedy village.

Awesome meal Bear.... Looks so good !

That Weber Q looks like a handy grill !

That's one beautiful plate. On a personal note, I usually stop over my parents house for dinner on Sundays. About every second or third Sunday, the meal is grilled steak and fried breaded zucchini. It is a family fav. Great job.
Thank You Neighbor!!

We get them from Mrs Bear's Sister. No garden for us this year.
