Hey all, been wanting a good steak for a while & decided to do somethin bout the craving !

Called the butcher shop & asked for a 1 1/4" cut ribeye, wife was headed to town & picked it up !

Seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder & CBP !

Didn't get any pics on the Kettle, but done a indirect/direct cook on this with KBB !

Plated pic with some cantaloupe & celery sticks ! This was a real tasty meal, thanks for lookin !

  3. Looks GREAT!  Do you deliver?  I LIKE the side dish!  Had never thought of that.  Simple!  What else do you need?  Well; maybe some onion or buttermilk onion rings.  [IMG]   Keep Smokin!

    Hey Justin

Beautiful looking cut of meat.  Love ribeye, but the prices up here are nuts these days, and will just get worse.

I don't have to ask if you enjoyed it    LOL

  14. You my friend are a torment!

How good does that steak look let alone taste?

I have all the right tools but for some strange reason I concentrate on smoking ham and bacon, I think it's time to look at some red meat.

    Cheers from Down Under
