I was looking for pickles for a rib sandwich and ran across a jar of saurkraut. I grabbed the 1000 island dressing and voila! The riben. Man it was great, course I was hungry.
Next time try giving your ribs a cure or injection, pepper and coriander rub with a few other spices and there you have pastrami ribs, bet that would go great too!
Well that sounds differant for sure there J. I'm not real sure if that sounds good yet it still sinking in but saurkraut and ribs well maybe. Now you say it's good maybe you are right. But now after reading Jim's post I'm thinking maybe it is good. Now the curing of ribs is alittle differant to but it is one of the things that keeps me here. All the new and off the wall ideas that are floating around this place.
