I am planning a large cook coming up, and my vertical propane smoker is space challenged. Wondering if anyone can tell me how useful these rib racks are that allow you to put the ribs on their sides. I am sure it impacts cook time since there is little space between meats - but any concerns other than that?
If I can use these it will open lots of space for me to do a few butts and some Turkey Breast.

I have used them before and didn't have any issues with time and temp. It was a little clunky per say but served its purpose. Normally I don't use the racks unless im crammed for space.

Good luck.

I have used them, not a lot thou    When I do I leave every other space empty.    So rib then a space, a rib then a space.
