Hey everyone as of about six months ago I started getting into smoking meats. I have a 18.5" weber smokey mountain. I am a commercial diver in San Diego, currently doing ship husbandry for the navy. If you want to know anything else just ask! I've been browsing this site for the last couple months and I love it, I just thought it's about time I finally joined.
