Reverse Sear tbone on da mini-wsm..

After being sick all week.. I felt good enough and dying to smoke something all week cause all I have done is read SMF. ... decided on the all mighty quick and The King reverse sear steak.. some green onions bulbs.. and a store bought stuffed portobello. . ( sorry.. it was right there...and I said quick ;] )

About one hour in.. IT in steak reads 130*.. but I realized my walmart special after 3 years finally doesnt read right. I based the IT primarily on other smokes. . And. . Alll SMF reading ; ) I applaud everyone here.

Yup I hate getting sick in the summer - seems like it takes twice as long to get better

I just got a new one. . But no internet at home.. so like you its all on the phone still. Only reason I got another laptop was 100% for SMF... I need to get a life lol...
