Reverse sear pork TL.

    Bought a premarinated pork tenderloin. Whiskey black pepper was the flavor. Smoked to an IT of 110* then onto the grill till it hit 140*. Enjoy the view.

    I don't think I'll cook another one any other way. This thing was delicious.
