I have done lots of looking and reading on here for months, Im in the process of building a smoker and have decided to change up my initial plan a bit, I have used the calculator to figure all the size holes and so on, I have figured I have 12396 cubic in CC, well doing all the other math on the calculator I have come up with all the number I need Im just having a hard time figuring everything out. For example it says my FB to CC opening needs to be 49 square in, how do I figure the size of the hole its going to be shaped like a half circle ( CC is a 24in pipe and FB is going to be square) Any advice would be great.
