I founde the site and was immediately hooked.
I grew up around smoking and grilling; from pits to charcoal grills. Over the years, Time became such a precious commodity, and I got away from smoking meat and settled for just grilling.
Other the past few months, I started looking at smokers with all the new technology. This past Father's Day, my wife surprised me with a new Traeger grill, and I have been trying my best to make up for lost time. So much more convenient, and now I can get back to smoking and spend time with my family.
