Restocking the freezer with some pulled pork and other stuff

  1. got the meat on at about 5 am I got 2 - 8 or 9 # but and shoulder , 2 small but roast , a small beef rump roast , and a chicken later I will put on some pork country ribs . ribs will be dinner tonight the rest is to restock the freezer

    3 1/2 hours in

     
  2. 4 1/2 hours in chicken and beef are about done I may have to go get another chicken to keep the smoker full the pork is at about 160*

  4. ok I went and got another chicken got it on and getting ready to put the country ribs on

    first chicken and rump roast are in the cooler for a rest



    the small pork roasts are about done 175* on the big ones

    back in a bit

    ribs are on  6 1/2 hours in
