I like to use Microsoft office's picture manager to resize my pics. it's quick and easy.

However resizing pics can be a tough subject. There are so many Picture software managers out there and the is no set way to do it. Some don't even allow you to do it. PIA IMO

If you would like to resize your pic's, Here is a free web based utility.

I did a test picture before submitting the link. It seemed strait forward and fairly simple to use.

Or maybee somebody else has a better idea!

If you don't know how to post pic's Here's one way to do it.

Yes photobucket and imageshack resize pic's.
The utility was for uploading thumbnails.

This thread reminded me of a conversation I had with a friend who does graphic arts for a living. he said to always use a high resolution setting on your camera when possible, when you size-down the picture, it will maintain it's definition and clarity. If you use low resolution and try to upsize the picture, it will lose definition and clarity and get grainy. I tried it and he was right. Maybe this will help someone... someday.

While this is true, unless you are on DSL, uploading huge megapixel images takes alot of time. Resizing your images first, then uploading will speed up the process. And yes, I am still on dial-up.

Flash, you are absolutely correct. What I failed to say was that that you should resize/tweak before uploading, if you have the imaging software. Thanks for the heads-up.
