It was my fist smoke today. It generally went well except for one problem. The operation of my maverick et 73 inside my smoker. I haven't done any modifications yet and I was wondering if you folks could take some pictures of how you run your wires in the wsm at the time you are smoking meat. I'm really looking at how you place the two probes inside the cooker and how you run your wires. The way I did mine vs the thermometer on the wsm was off by 65 plus degrees for both food and smoker.
