so im goin to brine a bird for turkey day using the slaughterhouse brine and am wandering if anyone has a replacement that will be as close as the real recipe... the food markets around here dont seem to carry it.

the 2 i can think of are Webers N'Orleans Cajun and like Chef Tom's or Tony's Creole Seasoning(8oz white and green can)

ideas?

I think the Tony's white and green can is salt free?  Don't remember off hand.  Check the Wikis, I think Eman posted a faux Tony Chauceries cajun seasoning mix

Nope,  the white and green can is what you want.  I think they make a no salt version
