Greetings, I have a fair bit of experience in the world of smoking meats, but always strive to improve. I started smoking food back in college with the big chief aluminum smoker, but upgraded to a traeger pellet grill about 8 years ago after an 18 hour mishap with a brisket... Due to a rigorous travel schedule and rather cold winters in northern Montana, I do not get to use my grill as much as I would like.
