Hi everyone,

I own a weber genesis, a weber kettle 18.5 and just got a 22.5 since a few weeks. I just realized that is was possible to smoke using my kettle (22.5, the 18.5 is a little to small).

I smoked pull pork last weekend for the first time using the minion method, and wow it was great.

This Sunday I will be smoking some ribs, so that's why I join this forums to get great tips....and wow there is a lot of info on this site, I've been reading since yesterday...

Thanks.

Rejean.

Rejean,

If you happened to read any of my posts about ribs, please disregard them. I still have some work to do. I can do pulled pork and chicken, but ribs...not so good.

Bienvenue Rejean! Nice to another Montrealer around the forums. This is a fantastic place to learn, I look forward to 'seeing' you around. Cheers.
